How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also visit our order tracking page and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Do you provide size information?

Yes. Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and love, and comparing those measurements to our size chart for the best fit.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry to hear that. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@byroselyn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes! We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping time: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Total estimated delivery time: approximately 8–15 business days from the date of purchase.

All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that during peak shopping periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay, through our secure checkout powered by Shopify.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your payment information.

Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the "Discount Code" field, type in your code, and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at hello@byroselyn.com. After this window, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

You may still return the item after delivery following our standard return process.
